The Axis is a print after Koak’s drawing of the same title, made in 2021. The edition was issued in March 2022. Pre-orders taken 14–21 March determined its size; each print was produced to order. Twenty-five dollars from each sale during that week went to the St. Jude Foundation. After the run, a small number were available from Union Pacific, Altman Siegel, and Ampersand Gallery & Fine Books.
